88, died at 4:15 PM on Friday, May 02, 2014, at Wyngate Senior Living Center in Lima, Ohio.
Albert was born on October 17, 1925, in Elida, Ohio, to the late Irvin Good and Lilly (Wilkins) Good.
Albert married Jane Swartz on October 8, 1949. She preceded him in death on May 6, 2013. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He retired after 30 years from the Ford Motor Company. He was a long time member of the Salem Mennonite Church. He enjoyed bowling and playing Euchre. Albert enjoyed being an auto mechanic in "Al Good's Garage."
He is survived by: a son, Marlin (Anita) Good, of Albuquerque, NM; two daughters, Carmen (Dan) Mullane, of Lima, OH, and Jill Good, of Albuquerque, NM; seven grandchildren, Christine Stauffer, Greg (Heather Donley) Mullane, Erin Good, Loren Good, Jeena (Dan) Caywood, Jessica Chattman, Trey Good; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Nettie Burtchin, of Lima, OH; a brother-in-law, Laverne Good, of Leo, IN.
He is preceded in death by: three brothers, Leroy Good, George Good and Otis Good; two sisters, Rosella Hershberger and Alverta Good.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home and from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the Salem Mennonite Church, Elida, Ohio.
A Funeral Service will begin at 10:30 AM on Thursday, May 08, 2014 at Salem Mennonite Church, Elida, Ohio. Rev. Paula Snyder Belousek will officiate.
Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, Elida, Ohio.
