She is survived by: four sons, Jeremy Thomas, Eric Thomas, Tylor Thomas, and Bryan Thomas; four daughters, Kristy Thomas, Nicole (Edgar Flores) Thomas, Rachel (Jesus Ordone) Thomas, Rebecca (Jose Silva) Thomas; fifteen grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry (Shirley) Dye, and Donald (Lisa) Dye; sister, Carolyn (Delbert) Mayer, all of Lima, OH.
She was preceded in death by: two sisters, Janice Roush, and Cheryl Perkins McKinley.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 29, 2014 from 12:00 P.M to 2:00 P.M. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A funeral service will begin at August 29, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Marcus Brown and will officiate.
Interment will be in Allentown Cemetery, Allentown, Ohio
