Jeffrey A. Foust

Jeffrey A. Foust, 61, of Elida, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017 at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. He was born on October 6, 1955 in Lima, Ohio to Norman J. and Mildred {Covault} Foust. His father survives him.
He is also survived by his daughter Jenni (Darren) Chafin of Elida, grandson Reece Chafin, granddaughter Eva Chafin, Rainy Michael, who he loved as his daughter, ex-wife Tanya Kline, sisters Susan (Phil) Wilson, Alix (Tom) Stout, Sharon Badertscher, and Mary (Jeff) Kirwin, brothers Jerry (Betty) Foust, Tim (Vicki) Foust, Mike Foust, and Ed Foust, and numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his mother and his brother Richard Foust.
Jeffrey's favorite thing to do was riding his Harley and rode it as often as he could. He enjoyed being with his family and friends and being outside planting trees and maintaining his yard.
His family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 3-5PM at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, OH, with a memorial service following at 5PM. Pastor Rob White will officiate.
