62, died at 1:43 AM on Saturday, June 15, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.

Katie was born on September 30, 1950, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Robert Darnell and Anna [Szousz] Darnell.

Katie had worked at Meijer's Store.

She is survived by: a daughter, Angie (Tyson) Hyter, of Lima, OH; a son, Joe Marshall, of Lima, OH; four grandchildren, Madisen Harris, Madison Hyter; Sirenity Hyter, Anna Hyter; and a brother, Ronald Darnell of Texas; and former husband Robert Marshall.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with Revs. Rob & Cindy White who will officiate.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
