Mary Lou was born on September 17, 1923, in Spencerville, Ohio, to the late William Oehlhof and Nondis (Shivley) Oehlhof

Mary Lou married Ralph Bible on June 29, 1947. He preceded her in death on May 1, 2000. She was a member of Forest Park United Methodist Church. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting gardening her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by: three sons, Dennis (Marilyn) Bible of Avon Lake, OH, William (Mary) Bible of Lima, OH and Theodore "Ted" (Jean) Bible of Elida, OH; a daughter, Linda (Dan) Evans, of Lima, OH; three brothers, John Oehlhof, of Wapakoneta, OH, Dick (Joyce) Oehlhof, of Portage, WI. and Ben Oehlhof, of Wapakoneta, OH; a sister, Martha Carnes of Xenia, OH; six grandchildren, Nicole (John) Heron, of Columbus, OH, Kristina Bible, of Milan, OH, Alicia (Nathan) Kern, of Elida, OH, Michelle (Matt Hussey) Bible of Chicago , IL, Megan Bible of Elida, OH, Michael Evans, of Lima, OH; six great grandchildren, Jack Heron, Audrey Heron, Ryan Heron, Kylin Kern, Payton Kern, Ashlynn Kern; many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by: a brother, Clair Oehlhof.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 07, 2015 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 8, 2015 at Forest Park United Methodist Church in Lima, OH. Pastor Tim Benjamin will officiate.

Entombment will be in Memorial Park Mausoleum, Lima, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to Forest Park United Methodist Church-Family Life Center.
