Phyllis Ann Pollock ,
86, died at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, Ohio.

Phyllis was born on September 11, 1927, in Convoy, Ohio, to the late James Washington Case and Zelma Gladys (Cully) Case.

Phyllis married Edwin Mark Pollock on May 31, 1952. He preceded her in death on May 5, 2008. She was a devoted wife, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She is truly loved and will be deeply missed. She was a homemaker and an avid gardner. She was also a very active member of the Lima Baptist Temple and a teacher with her husband for 20 years of their Pathfinders Sunday School Class. Her life was a testament to her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

She is survived by : a daughter, Denise (Brad) Butterfield, of Cridersville, OH; a daughter, Carol Jankow, of Lima, OH; a son, Alan Pollock, of Lima, OH; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren.

She is the last of all her siblings and in-laws. She was preceded in death by a brother, Paul "Ed" Case Missing since 1952; a sister, Effie (Earl) Yinger; a sister, Maxine (William) Collins; a brother, Chester (Louise) Case; a brother, Robert (Jean Ann) Case; a brother, Russell (Betty) Case; a sister, Jenese (Donald) Hollar; a brother, Ralph (Doris) Case.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, April 21, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH. with Pastor Gary Hohman officiating.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
