Scott T Radebaugh, 56, died on Friday, January 02, 2015, at his Residence in Elida, Ohio.

He was born on Thursday, June 05, 1958, in Lima, Ohio, to Charles Radebaugh and Carol (Sheeley) Radebaugh.

He was a 1976 graduate of Elida High School. He was a strong believer and placed his faith in the lord. He liked to work with stained glass, hunt, trap and was a good friend to many. He was always eager to help friends and family.

He is survived by: his father, Charles Radebaugh of Lima, Ohio; son; Daniel Radebaugh of Lima,Ohio, sister, Kim (Mike) Shrider Elida, Ohio, brothers; Michael (Tammy) Radebaugh of Galveston, TX, Nicholas (Kathleen) Radebaugh, Christopher (Lisa) Radebaugh, Jeffrey Radebaugh all of Elida, Ohio,

He is preceded in death by his mother Carol Radebaugh.

The family will receive friends from 5 PM to 7 PM on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A memorial service will begin at 7 PM on Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home Pastor Jim Menke will officiate.

Burial of ashes will be at Pike Run Cemetery at a later date.
