Teresa Dawn (Burden) Lockwood,

Was born in Lima, April 12, 1975 to Michael (Cindi) Burden and Christina (Burden) (Robert) Friedman who survives in Lima.

She passed away at her residence in Uniopolis at the age of 41.

Others who survive to cherish her memory include a daughter, Ava Rose Lockwood; brothers, Benjamin (Jennifer) Burden and Johnathan (Autumn) Burden; and a sister, Debra Burden; step-brother, Charles (Amber) Ewing; step-sister, Kristyna (James) Harvey; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Though it's so soon to have to say good-bye, we'll see you on the other side.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.
A funeral service will begin at 11 AM on Thursday, February 16, 207 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.
