Alaysia Haithcox

Alaysia Zylyn Haithcox, 1 hour, died at 5 p.m. April 30, 2008, at Lima Memorial Health System. She was born April 30, 2008 in Lima, Ohio to Sharayah F. Haithcox, who survives in Lima, Ohio. Survivors also include maternal grandparents, Dwayne and Kellie Haithcox, of Lima, Ohio; an aunt, Savannah Haithcox, of Lima, Ohio; an uncle, Corbin Haithcox, of Lima, Ohio; maternal great-grandparents, Loretta Brown, of Ada, Ohio, and Robert (Barbara) Haithcox, of Lima, OHio; and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by maternal great-grandfather, Charles Brown; and maternal great-great-grandmother, Irma Haithcox. Graveside services will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. Dennis Ward will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the ALL Teddy Bear Fund, P.O.
