Albert "Sonny" Fulton Dickerson III

Albert F. Dickerson III “Sonny”, 65, of Lima, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 at St. Rita’s Medical Center. He was born November 12, 1956 in Lima to the late Albert Dickerson II and Helen {Spradlin} Dickerson.

Sonny graduated from Bath High School in 1975. He owned and operated Route 81 Auto Sales and was always tinkering with cars. He enjoyed dirt tracking racing, NASCAR, and being with family and friends.

He is survived by his children: Stephanie (Michael) Riepenhoff, Albert (Courtney) Dickerson IV, Steven (Jessica Parsley) Dickerson, and Darin Dickerson; grandchildren: Dru (Jessica Capri) Edwards, Cecilia Riepenhoff, Olivia Dickerson, Michael J. Riepenhoff, Hunter Dickerson, Carter Dickerson, and Ayla Dickerson; great-grandson, Jax Edwards; and sisters: Brenda (Dave) Goodwill, Cathy (Gary Richardson) Qualls, and Sue (Ken) Graham.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 1 - 4 p.m. at St. Rose Parish Hall.
