Alice Pearl Lentz

Alice Pearl Lentz, 92, went home to be with her Lord and Savior at 1:25 p.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at Springview Manor Nursing Home in Lima.

Alice was born on June 1, 1928, in Allentown, Ohio, to the late Elmer and Martha (Harrod) Myers.  She married Richard Pearl Lentz who also preceded her in death on December 21, 2002.  She was formerly married to George R. Treadway and they had four children together: Ronald Treadway (deceased), Rita (Gary) McKinley of Lima, Cynthia Houle of Rochester, NH and Cristina Treadway of New Braunfels, TX.

She is also survived by step-daughter, Darlene Patterson of Toledo; nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; two special sisters-in-law:  Margaret “Marg” Luke of Florida and Barbara “Babe” Theobald of Lima; and close family friend, David McVicker.

In addition to her parents, husbands, and son, she was preceded by one grandchild and two brothers: Raymond (Reva) Myers and Carl Myers.

Alice was a homemaker and attended Allentown United Methodist Church.

There will be no public visitation or service per Alice’s wishes.  There will be a private graveside service at Allentown Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Allentown United Methodist Church.
