84, died at 9:57 AM on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at Lima Manor Nursing Home in Lima.

Clarence was born on October 25, 1931, in Millstone, Kentucky, to the late Henry B. Tolliver and Della (Collins) Tolliver. In 1949 in Kentucky, he married Roxie M. Gambrel, she survives in Lima. He was a member of the McGuffey Freewill Baptist Church where he ministered. He was a retired welder at Lima Baldwin-Hamilton and then at Sheller-Globe.

He is survived by, a son, Ray Tolliver, of Lima, OH, a daughter Della M. (Mark) Guynn, of Georgetown, KY, a sister, Henrietta Thomas; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima.

A funeral service will begin at 11 A.M. on Friday, December 18, 2015 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Rev. David Trusty will officiate.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
