Delores Watkins

Delores Watkins, 71, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at her home in Lima.

Delores was born on November 2, 1952, in Tampa, FL, to Nathan and Tempy (Smith) Anderson. 

Delores loved spending time with her family at family gatherings.  She dearly loved all of her nieces and nephews as if they were her own children.  She also enjoyed watching movies.

She is survived by her parents; brothers, Gregory (Alicia) Anderson and Kenneth (Lisa) Anderson; sisters, Barbara Smith and Ann Bounds; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. - 12 noon on Friday, December 22, 2023, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.  A funeral service will follow at 12 noon.  Pastor Sherri Pace will officiate.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
