Dina Dynnette Kempher, 42, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 23, 2026. Dina was born on September 11, 1983, in Lima, Ohio, to Douglas Kempher and Janice Carter.
Dina was a creative, eccentric, and beautiful soul whose presence left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She had a deep love for music, art, and self-expression. Whether she was playing guitar, creating music or painting. Dina brought imagination and passion into everything she did.
She was the kind of person who would help anyone in need without hesitation. Her heart was generous, her spirit was free, and her love for those closest to her ran deep. Dina had a unique way of making people feel seen and welcomed. She was both gentle and strong—a kind soul with a rebellious streak, a true original who wasn’t afraid to speak her mind, stand her ground, and handle business when necessary. She lived life on her own terms and inspired others to do the same.
Those who knew Dina will remember her vibrant personality, her infectious laughter, her love of music, her artistic soul, and the countless memories she created with family and friends. Though her time here was far too short, the impact she made on the lives around her will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her parents; daughter, Arai Adams; son, Avian Church; siblings, Douglas Kempher, Alex kempher, Amber Kempher, Alex Dardio, and Brandon Dardio; fiancé, Sean Stumph; and many extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be held privately by the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with final expenses and the celebration of Dina’s life.
“To know Dina was to know someone who lived boldly, loved fiercely, created endlessly, and left a little bit of magic wherever she went.” ❤️
