Eleanor E. Hughes,
83, passed away at 2:29 AM on Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at Lima Memorial Health Systems.
Eleanor was born on Sunday, February 12, 1933, in Flushing, Ohio, to the late Clyde Gilham and Goldie (Lantz) Gilham. On December 23, 1951she married James Hughes who survives in Lima, Ohio.
She was a volunteer at Lima Memorial Hospital for three years. She enjoyed reading and crocheting and spending time with her granddaughter.
She is survived by: two sons, Terrell (Karla) Hughes of Delaware, Ohio and Michael (Nancy) L. Hughes of Florence, KY; a granddaughter, Renee Hughes and a sister, Norma Rietz.
The family will have private services.
