Irene "Reno" Green
79, died at 7:21 AM on Sunday, January 7, 2018, at her daughters home in Lima, Ohio.
Irene was born on October 11, 1938, in Salyersville, Kentucky, to the late Ben & Harriet (Rowe) Williams. On February 25, 1957, she married Donald L. Green, who proceeded her in death, September 8, 2015.
She was a great mommy.
She is survived by Marilyn (Jerry) Nichols, Deb (Paul) Dunifon, Dawn Ann (John) Buckmaster and Janet Green; eleven grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren: siblings, Evie, Turlene, Seldon (Pete), and Sheila; and all her Velcro kids. You know who you are!
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Paul Dunifon, Jr; six siblings, Grandville, Ollie, Fay, Jurlene, Raliegh and Ernie; brothers & sisters-in-law, Fred, Betty, Loretta "Cutie", Bill , Bob, Helen, David, Jim, and Terry.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.
A funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, OH. Pastor Jerry M. Hall will officiate.
Interment will be in Shawnee Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
