Irmgard Boop

IRMGARD LUISE BOOP, 80, died at 8:33 p.m. September 13, 2004, at St. Rita's Medical Center. She was born July 11, 1924, in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, to Arbeiter Wilhelm and Emma Wieschollek Nalezynski, who preceded her in death. On June 14, 1952, in Germany, she married Charles Edward Boop, who survives in Lima, Ohio. Mrs. Boop was a homemaker. She was a member of Orioles Nest 173. She lived for and loved her family, as her main goal was to make them happy. She enjoyed the outdoors and was always seen outside gardening. Survivors also include a son, Roy Willi (Marge) Boop of Lima, Ohio; a daughter, Delores (James) Bartlett of Alger, Ohio; a sister, Ingrid (Oswald) Siemko of Germany; a brother, Gerd (Gisela) Nalezynski of Germany; four grandchildren, Melissa (Ricky) Dotson, Scott (Angela) Bartlett, Nolan Boop and Amy Boop; two great-grandchildren, Trevor Dotson and Mason Dotson; a step great-grandchild, Dominic Rinaldi; and a sister-in-law, Margaret Nalezynski of Germany. She was preceded in death by a brother, Willi Nalezynski. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Lloyd Salyer will officiate. Burial will be in Fletcher (Boop) Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
