James John Rothen

James John Rothen, 66, died at 11:28 AM on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at his residence in Lima, Ohio.

James John was born on July 24, 1954, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Oca Rothen and Eileen (Jones) Rothen.  On Friday, September 28, 2001, he married Charlene Thomas Rothen,

He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He enjoyed motorcycles and racing cars at county fairs.

He is survived by his wife, Charlene Rothen; son, D.J. Crawford, of Greenville, OH, daughter, Jennifer (Dean) Zoller, daughter, Bonnie Rothen both of Huber Heights, Ohio; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; sister, Marlene, of  IN, brother, Allen Rothen, of Dayton, OH, brother, Thomas Rothen, of London, OH.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Green.
