John P. Martin

John P. Martin, 60, died at 7:56 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Vancrest Nursing Home in Ada, Ohio, surrounded by his kids.

John was born June 8, 1964, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Juliette “Rose” and Edward Martin.

He was a life-long Nascar fan. He loved his kids and family with all his heart.

He is survived by his children: Michael (Stephanie) Martin of Elida, OH, Jeffery Martin, of Lima, OH, Autumn (Kyle) Hawkey of Lima, OH, and Haylee Martin of Lima, OH; four grandkids: Lilliana Robbins, Evelyn Robbins, Cooper Hawkey, and Hadley Hawkey; siblings: Jeff Martin of Fostoria, OH, Tim (Donna) Martin of Lima, OH, Nancy Martin of Upper Sandusky, OH, and Kathy Martin of Delphos, OH; and his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Brady Martin.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
