Jonathan P. Keeler, 58, of Lima, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at St. Rita’s Medical Center. He was born on September 19, 1967.
He graduated from Kalamazoo College. After a year of teaching, he worked at Applebee’s and became a District Manager and eventually found a love for finance and began his career working at car dealerships. He was working as the finance manager at Reineke Family Dealerships. He enjoyed golfing and traveling with his wife, especially to Cherokee, NC. He also enjoyed watching football, especially the Michigan State Spartans and the Detroit Lions. He had a love for his pets and was an avid supporter of his daughter Brooke’s pet and people food pantry in Toledo.
He is survived by his wife: Anissa Keeler, mother: Janice Keeler, children: Brooke (Andrew) Winkelman, Bryce Carson, and Alexandra (Will) Blasius, granddaughter: Logan Blasius, brother: Michael (Sherri) Keeler, and sisters: Marti (Kyle) Scates and Kat Barber.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 2-5 p.m. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Paws & People Pantry in Toledo, Ohio, which was started by his daughter, Brooke.
