Joshua Ian Cook, 4 days old, passed away on March 30, 2020 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born on March 26th in Cleveland to Joshua Cook and Erica Oliphant who survive in Lima.

He is also survived by: his brothers; James Lanker lll., Zaidyne Cook, and Kash Cook, his sisters; Alasjah Cook and Sophia Lanker; Paternal Grandmother, Lisa Cook of Lima; Maternal Grandparents, Marna Oliphant of Cincinnati and Eric and Alisha Oliphant of Lima.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 1 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery in Lima. Pastor Tony Joyner will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Neo-Natal Unit at the Cleveland Clinic in Joshua’s honor.
