He is survived by: sister, Isabella Fox; maternal grandparents, April Salsburey & Ric Makin; paternal Grandparents, Guylin & Tonia Jones.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima.
A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima. Interment will be in Ward Cemetery.
