76, died at 7:55 PM on Monday, December 7, 2020, at Vancrest Nursing Home, Ada, Ohio.

Karen K. was born on  December 8, 1943, in Lima, Ohio, to the late  Wayne  Prine  and Virginia  (Wagner) Prine.  On March 4, 1963, she married Daniel John Nims he preceded her in death in 2015.

She was a spitfire! She enjoyed spending time with the grandchildren and great grandchildren. She and her husband were avid travelers. Being snowbirds in the winter months and always knew where the best restaurants were. In Karens memory the family requests that you do something special for a loved one or a stranger during the holiday season.

She is survived by her two daughters, Christine (Terry) Wireman, of Huntsville, OH, and Rebecca (Richard) Whitaker of Kenton, Ohio; grandchildren, Jason (Janelle) Wireman, Kara (Grant) Ramsey, Morgan (Hayden) Ellis, Allison (Devin Brooker) Whitaker; great grandchildren Kaelyn Saylor, Jemma Wireman,  Wyatt Ellis, Josie Wireman, Rhett Ramsey; siblings, Nancy(Larry) Alger, of Lima, OH, Linda Cadwallader, of St. Cloud, FL, Cheryl (Don) Tullock, Bobby (Peg) Prine, Homosassa, FL, Gary Prine, of Lima, OH.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Debora Kay Nims, son, Daniel John Nims Jr.,

A private family Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.   Rev Todd Cosart will officiate.
