Norma Jean Darnell

Norma Jean Darnell  85, passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 at Roselawn Manor Nursing Home, in Lima, Ohio.

Norma Jean was born on Friday, May 12, 1933 in Lima, Ohio to the late Frank & Gertrude (Golden) McCormick.  On Saturday, February 14, 1998 she married Alfred William Darnell, who preceded her in death on July 4, 2005.

Norma Jean was a secretary at the Oakwood Forensic Center.

She is survived by daughters, Coni (John) Dodge of Lima, OH, and Carol (George) Dahood of Cambridge, OH, sons, Donald (Cindy) Farrar of Delphos, OH, and David Farrar of Red Rock, TX, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister Jean (Ted) Schultz of Belle Center, OH, and brother Stan (Whitney) McCormick of Key West, FL.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
