Phalen PATRICIA

PATRICIA I. "PAT" PHALEN, 90, died at 10:55 a.m. Dec. 3, 2004, at Fort Hamilton Hospital, Hamilton. She was born March 13, 1914, in Toledo to Gordon and Winifred Hogan Holmes, who preceded her in death. She was married to Francis Eugene Phalen, who died Sept. 26, 1972. Mrs. Phalen retired from City Loan & Savings Co. in Lima in 1979 as an accountant and bookkeeper. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church and its Daughters of Isabella. Survivors include a son, Timothy (Lori) Phalen of West Chester; a daughter, Mary Pat (John) Roush of Lima; and a granddaughter, Patricia Roush of Columbus. Services will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Rose Catholic Church. The Rev. William J. Rose will officiate. Burial will b e in Gethsemani Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, where a rosary service will be held at 4 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the LCC High School Capital Campaign.
