Raegan is survived by: two sisters, Jordyn and Myah Gay; paternal grandparents, Nikki (Dan) Snider and Tenny Gay; maternal grandparent, Chuck & Kim Bowers, Wapakoneta; paternal great grandparents, Linda Carter, Lima and Nick Carter, Lima; maternal great grandmother, Joyce McDonald, Wapakoneta; and paternal great-great grandmother, Virginia Brown, Lima.
She is preceded in death by: maternal great grandfather, Jim McDonald and paternal great-great grandmother, Natalie Owen
