Robert “Rob/Robo” Allen Rigali, 66, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Mercy Health St. Rita’s Medical Center. Rob was born on March 2, 1960, in Lima, Ohio, to Richard John and Norma Jean (Wiemer) Rigali Sr.
Rob was born at St. Rita’s Hospital and lived in the South end of Lima. He graduated from Lima Central Catholic in 1978. He is most known for owning and operating Rigali’s Pizza Village which he opened on West Wayne St. in 1988 and then moved to the old Spikers Building on North St. in 1998. He was a stepping-stone for many generations in building their futures. Rob was beloved by his employees and everyone he met. He was an avid bowler, golfer, and was a Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Browns fan.
He is survived by his wife, Beth (Bickel) Rigali; son, Donato Rigali, special son, Chuck Horton; brothers, Renato (Peggy) Rigali and Ray (Darlene) Rigali; sister, Regina (Allan) Harrod; many nieces and nephews along with great-nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Vito.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Richard J. Rigali Jr.
