Roberta Fitzgerald

Roberta B. Fitzgerald, 92, died at 4:50 a.m. April 14, 2010, at St. Rita?s Medical Center, Lima, Ohio. She was born December 25, 1917, in Spokane, Washington, to George and Catherine Jones Crawley, who preceded her in death. On September 29, 1950, she married Amos Fitzgerald, who died October 23, 2004. Mrs. Fitzgerald was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She was also a member of St. Rita?s Auxiliary and the Welcome Wagon. A private Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 17, 2010 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Burial was in Gethsemani Cemetery, Lima, Ohio. Survivors include two sons, Paul V. (Gail) Fitzgerald, of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Robert B (Ellen) Fitzgerald, of Lima, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jerome Crawley.
