Saintimene was born on June 12, 1962 in Chalon, Nippes, Haiti, to Alsace Mercival and Eliane Jules.
Saintimene made her living as a dress-maker and selling souvenir items.
She is survived by her children, Ricot Destin and Nadege Gilles. She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 a.m. on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Lay-Servant David Belton will officiate.
