Shawn Paradore

Shawn N. Paradore, 45, of Elida, passed away on July 3, 2022 at St. Rita’s Mercy Health of a massive heart attack. He was born on February 1, 1977 to his parents, John and Alice {Duval} Paradore, who survive him. He is also survived by his older brother Scott, who he loved deeply. Shawn is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends, especially the Horner family.

Anyone who knew Shawn was an automatic friend. His love of family was known by everyone. He dedicated his life to helping his family. He was a selfless son who gave his all and always extending a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He taught others to be kind and loving. Shawn was a devoted son, a compassionate and loving brother, a caring nephew and cousin, and a most gracious friend and will be missed greatly.

A Memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at St. Gerard’s Catholic Church. Lunch will follow at the St. Gerard’s Community Center at 1 p.m.
