Sheila Lynn McWay

Sheila McWay, 58, of Lima, passed away on October 4, 2023. She was born on March 6, 1965, in Lima, Ohio to the late Martin Howard McWay Sr. and Diane {Johnson} McWay.

Sheila was known for having a beautiful singing voice and her sense of humor. Her daughters and grandchildren were truly her love.

She is survived by her daughters, Eboney Lindsey and Ivy McWay; grandchildren: Ishmael McWay, Ja’nijah Hall, Na’Kyla McWay, Za’ Khyra Scott, Zariah Scott, Dearius Burns, Deashia Burns, Demarius Burns, and Lovell Hicks Jr.; great-grandchild, Kardeair McWay; siblings: Martin Howard McWay Jr., Michael McWay, Ross McWay, Julianne Pugh, Jillian Drexler, and Rhonda Allen; and several friends, nieces, and nephews, including her special nephews, Demontae McWay and Latravius Totty.

A Memorial service will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 2 p.m. at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.
