64, died at 6:01 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2014, at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, Ohio.

Terry was born on February 26, 1950, in Allen County, Ohio to Darrell and Grace (Boan) O'Connell; both parents preceded him in death.

He had previously worked at Clark Equipment and Clymers Industries.

He is survived by three sons Heath O'Connell, of Russells Point, OH, Shane (Amy) O'Connell, of Lima, OH, and T.J. O'Connell, of Mt. Cory, OH; one daughter Shannon (Justin) Jackson, of Lima, OH; and six grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife Jacqueline O'Connell.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 30, at Chamberlain Huckeriede Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 30, at Chamberlain Huckeriede Funeral Home. Rev. Tim Benjamin will officiate.

Interment will be at Vaughsville Cemetery.
