Theresa Zimmerman, 60, passed away at 9:56 p.m. on June 3, 2026, at St Rita’s Medical Center.
Theresa was born on February 7, 1966, in Lima, Ohio, to Terry O’Conner and Rita Torres.
Theresa liked walking around town with her grandchildren, spending time with family and socializing.
She is survived by her children; Thomas Farsht, Ashley Torres and Kristin Lyons; numerous grandchildren, and siblings, Victor Torres, Lucy Jones and Anetta Tippy.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
