Tony L. Tupps, 38 of Lima, died at 10:30 PM on October 22, 2013 at Lima Memorial Hospital. He was born on July 25, 1975 in Marion, Ohio to Lawrence and Betty (Clady) Tupps. He is survived by his mother Betty Harhola of Fostoria, OH; his father Lawrence Tupps of Bucyrus, OH and his significant other Kelly Gammon of Lima. There will be no visitation or services.
