Carol Koontz

Carol Koontz , 83, passed away at 3:32 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at her home in Leipsic.

Carol was born on December 14, 1938 in Putnam County, to William and Donna (Brown) Lamphier.  On May 11, 1958 she married Raymond A. Koontz, who preceded her in death on January 22, 2003.

Carol was a housewife who enjoyed watching Christian television.

She is survived by her daughter, Rayleen Sterling; sons, William (Lynn) Koontz and Henry Koontz; fifteen grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

There will be no public visitation or service.
