David Mullane

David Mullane, 62, passed away at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at his residence.

David was born on November 2, 1959 in ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Lima, Ohio to Daniel J. And Helen (Remenapp) Mullane. He married Sue Rush who preceded him in death.

David graduated from Bath High School in 1979 and was a welder for Unverferth Manufacturing in Kalida. David liked to restore classic cars and enjoyed movies, fishing and painting. He had a great sense of humor and always had a joke and loved laughing at his own jokes. He was also an avid Detroit Lions fan.

He is survived by his step-children, Mike (Kimberly) Andrews of Celina, Jason (Donna) Andrews of Celina, and Dixie (Bob) Friesner of Van Wert; four step-grandchildren; a brother, Daniel (Carmen) Mullane of Lima; a sister, Susan (James) Robinson of San Antonio, TX; and many nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a step-grandson Gabriel Andrews.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio.  A Funeral Service will follow at 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Donor’s choice.
