Frances Dugger,

95, died at 1:06 AM on Friday, April 6, 2018, at Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima.

Frances as born on Sunday, September 3, 1922, in Monticello, Kentucky, to the late Garvin Leslie and Lou Ora (Brumett) Bowlin.  On January 21, 1942 she married Fred Dugger, who preceded her in death.

Frances was a member of South Side Christian Church. In her pastime she enjoyed playing Bingo, Yahtzee and taking trips to the Casino. She loved to cook and spend time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her two daughters and two sons, Faye Warrington, Linda Cisco, Fred (Diana) Dugger, and Larry (Cheryl Goetz) Dugger; nineteen grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren and a sister-in-law, Kay Bowlin.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Freda Snyder; sons-in-law, Michael Snyder, Chris Cisco, and Kenneth Warrington; granddaughters, Emily Jo Warrington and Missy Snyder; three brothers and eight sisters.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 6 PM on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 2 PM on Monday, April 9, 2018 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.  Rev. Todd Cosart will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
