Harold Paul Deeds

Harold Paul Deeds, 87, passed away at 5:12 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.

Harold was born on January 31, 1933, in Lima, OH, to Harold T. and Marjorie Deeds, who preceded him in death.  On November 18, 1972 he married Jeraldine (Rowe) Deeds who survives in Lima.

Harold served in the Army from 1953 to 1955.  He graduated from college and went on to become a Real Estate Appraiser and owner of Deeds Appraisals.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family as well as helping others.  He was a member of Cridersville Independent Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Flora (Michael) White of Lima; sons: Feilden Deeds of Indian Lake, Benjamin Rowe, Steven Rowe and Sonny James Rowe all of Lima; daughter-in-law, Angela Deeds of Lima; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home.   The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m.  Pastor Ed. Wireman will officiate.  Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima, OH.  Graveside Military Honors will be conducted by VFW #1275.
