91, died at 8:37 PM on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at St. Joseph East in Lexington, Kentucky.

Rhea was born on July 11, 1929, in Van Buren, Ohio, to the late William Bissey and Grace (Dunham) Bissey.  On January 31, 1948, she married Arlen G. Rowlette, who preceded her in death on September 10, 2005

Rhea resided with Lynda for the past five years.

She is survived by:

Daughter - Lynda Mullins, of Lexington, KY; five grandchildren, Rob (Heather) Rowlette, of Vancouver, WA, Monty (Erica) Rowlette, of Pittsburgh, PA, Joe (Tabby) Rowlette, of Rockford, OH, Tanner Mullins, of Lexington, KY, and Brandi (Eddie) Baker, of Stanford, KY; four great grandchild, Bryanna Rowlette, Brycen Mullins, Asher Rowlette, and Felix Rowlette.

She was also preceded in death by her son, Terry Rowlette and daughter, Susan Ore.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio.

A funeral service will begin at 11:00 A.M.  on Friday, July 2, 2021 at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima, Ohio.
